Crowcon Detection Instruments Ltd (Singapore Branch) offers full after-sales service and spares to support our large customer base.
We offer in-house and on-site calibration services and project based testing and commissioning work within the South East Asia region. Crowcon Singapore regularly conducts certification training for distributors and selected customers to perform calibration and repair work on Crowcon’s full range of instruments.
As part of our after-sales support to our local customers, we offer annual maintenance contracts to meet our customers’ demands for vendor service support. Some of our service contract customers include Shell Singapore, Ministry of Defense, Public Utilities Board and Foster Wheeler Singapore. For regional customers, Crowcon network of distributors are trained to support with calibration and repair services.
